Transferring apps from Android to windows 10

    I'm currently using Duolingo plus. It's a language app. However it's notoriously slow for downloading offline course material.

    I've been trying to download course material for offline use but it's taking days.

    I want to try and copy the app and app data from my phone to my laptop to see if I can install it on a Android terminal on my PC. That way I can see if the download speed is anyway faster.

    Is this possible?

    I would recommend installing Bluestacks on your PC. It's an Android emulator, and you can install and run Duolingo on it, instead of your phone.
