Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tank emptying fixes

My house in East wall is just about finished being renovated. The tank boiler and pump is all in the attic. Just got using the shower and the water runs out after 13 minutes and pressure dies, pump gets airlocked. It's a 150 litre tank with a 2 bar pump. Shower has a really high flow rate. Don't really know anything about plumbing so any advice would be great!

    Cheers.

Most likely you will need to shorten your shower time (or water quantity) until you get it sorted. It seems like your supply and storage can't keep up with your shower usage.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

More likely it's the attic tank is the issue.

    Link in another tank.

    Make sure its filling right.

put a restrictor in the shower head. Theres no need to be using more than 10 L/min. Wait till water bills catch up with you.
