Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just switched back to Eir as our contract with Vodafone was up and their deal was a lot better price wise but finding the new Sagemcom router utterly useless: unable to connect my daughter's Lenovo tablet, my wife's mobile or the thermostat for the heating. Have had to plug back in the Vodafone router to get them all working.

I'm presuming that just plugging back in the Vodafone router means we're still connecting to our old Vodafone account... so what settings do I need to do to get the Vodafone router to use our Eir account?

Not too familiar, it MAY be that the router is using channel 13 which might not be usable on some of your devices.
Log on and see what WiFi channels its using
Also the router might need to be set to DHCP to pick up an IP address from your new provider.
Do you have the details of how to connect to your new provider.
Can you copy them from the working device.
