Randy savage. The rock was great and all but macho man was a different level in a different era.

Rock was great but macho just ozzed charisma. Had it all really.

    MACHO

Macho Man for me, was a brilliant wrestler with all the moves.
Imo Rock just looked the part.

    The Macho Man for me.

    Oh, yeah!

The Rock, guys like him made wrestling mainstream for a brief moment.

Wow the Flying Elbow beats the People's Elbow. Unreal carry on.

    Austin.

See my Rock vote and multiply that by 20 for Austin.

Has to be Austin! He might have been at the tail end of the “old WWF” and helped usher in the attitude era but he’s one of the best ever

Stone Cold Steve Austin because The Rock is gone and he is the other wrestler that best defines that particular era for me.

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,366 ✭✭✭✭Kolido

Austin was great but Bret was the first I remember liking and possibly my favourite of all time.

    BRET

Austin. Hitman was more entertaining when partnered with Jim The Anvil, on his own just another guy in the ring.

The texas rattlesnake by far, way more entertaining than hitman who mostly moaned imo.

Don't think Rock or Austin should be included really but I'd have to say Austin.

If you include him he has to win really but his era was 97-02. The Oldskool Era was about 86-92 in my book, then you had the years of toil followed by the Attitude Era

Yeah I think I should have cut it off at the beginning of New Generation Era but sure look be grand. Austin wins here anyway over Bret.

Another legend I wasnt much of a fan of, by all accounts a pr!ck irl. However I'd give him the nod over those nastey thugs.

    Brett Vs Austin?

It's like watching my parents get divorced and having to choose ffs

This pairing - Michaels, if for nothing other than the screaming in the entry music. Fantastic

Hulk Hogan because arguably the most well known wrestler of all-time and he was Mr. Nanny...

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,898 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Kane. He was a great character and was a constant in WWE for nearly two decades. That and he's against hulk hogan.
