12.70 charge to student account

I have been charged 12.70 on my account for insufficient funds to pay a direct debit (which has since been paid). Don't think it's fair for a student account to be charged this in the current climate. Looking to see can this money be repaid. Regards, Amy

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with this charge. I’ve checked our fees and charges brochure for student accounts and this is a valid charge. You can find information on fees and charges for your account type here.
