    Since the fun police moved in and started closing threads and deleting posts willy-nilly. Takes any chance of fun out of the place unfortunately.

    housework (the place is certainly not as tidy as it was).

    Strong thunderstorms predicted here for tonight and Saturday means car detailing will have to wait, as will the start of the after winter tidy up of beds and leaf remnants.

    Might paint the stairs and lacquer it (dogs nails have it destroyed)

    Going for a run anyway and a title gym work (at home before you lynch me)

    if there is no work or pubs open is there a weekend? what other purpose do they serve than to punctuate the working week and flag time to drink.

    Maybe time to degrease the walls in your kitchen above head height - you know it needs doing! Think how many little problems you will need to solve to get it done- the moving of furniture, the cloths on brushpoles, the ladder situation, which old towels to sacrifice... hours of fun.
