Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sincere condolences. It's all well and good for people to talk about the numbers of deaths in theory and try to balance it against the economic impact in some way, but these are real people with families. It's tragic. The economy can recover.

Not too bad. Staying at manageable levels. Deaths and new cases haven't been growing. Looking at those figures it's likely that we are in or around our peak but I feel our peak will carry on for a few weeks.

Tomorrow there wi be a big spike in case numbers as German lab capacity will add into our results.

Another very small number of cases again today.

I predict more and more people will start flouting the restrictions in the coming days.

I wonder will they specifically call that out in the reporting?

Youd hope so otherwise people would get a fright

No way in hell the new case numbers reflect the true figure of cases in the country, the low testing numbers and the delay in results will cause big issues in the coming weeks.

If you looked out your window and your favourite pornstar was in the garden beckoning you out, but told you she had a cough and a bit of a fever.

    Would you smash or pass?

I’d jump out the window. Giving a pornstar a blast would send me to the grave a very happy man.

It would make sense to revise the numbers for previous daily updates with these delayed results

What's this about German lab reporting?

We sent a big bunch oftets to a germa lab because labs are our chokepoint in processing tests. We will start to see results included in tomorrow's results.

A moron but probably not a bad person, just stay away from family or friends for at least a week, longer if feeling sick.

My friends 35 year old brother is in a coma and on a ventilator the last week. Not looking too good for him. He worked in an office with 25 people and another worker is in the same icu. Both of them have asthma. Before he got really sick he was saying they was a girl in there with all the symptoms who refused to go home and their manager didn't care. Two people critical or worse because of that carelessness. Really is important that we keep this going because you don't know who your actions might affect.

Looking at the deaths they look stable. (Obviously not good) and we're at half the deaths per million of the uk.

Here's an interesting chart showing the comparison on a per capita basis since first case. Glad I'm not in New York. Terrifying.

Is 4600 including those who died and those who recovered. If so they should not be included as active cases
