A few people I know are on the front lines. One prevailing theme appears to be that they would just murder a really sh!t burger.

Are there any places in Cork City or on the motorways like Burgerking and McDonalds open? I heard that there were some near Dublin still operating.

    Thanks for any help.

One of the best burgers in town, and definitely the best from any chipper I've had is from The Fish Wife.
They are open but for takeaway and delivery only, I think it's the Mac Curtain St one that's open.

Thanks a million, I'll send em that way. Four Star are delivering as well I think.

I just read somewhere this morning that there was a Burger King open on the motorway, I know a few who would nearly do the drive up if they weren't absolutely dead on their feet.

Pretty sure that BK on St. Patrick's Street is open for takeaway.
I'd agree that The Fish Wife's burgers are top class.

Maybe you could ring “Murphy’s chip bar” and see are they open for orders?

For anyone that's interested, The Fish Wife's burgers are supplied by Davidson's Butchers in Montenotte and they sell them over the counter there.

Is there any restaurant open for online ordering and collect at the door? Somewhere like (for example ) Ecos rather than a chipper or Chinese takeaway?

I think Da Mirco on Bridge Street is doing that, they were recently anyway. Lovely Italian food.

Luigi's are doing this, think it's just pizza and wings tho.

They've closed for a few weeks while they figure out the safest way to operate. There's a message on their Facebook page.

Just take a look at Deliveroo, Just Eat etc to see what's open.
