    It'll be fine.

A Nilfisk would be far better value for money.

You can get good deals on the C110 or C120 on Amazon.
I’ve had mine over 10 years and it’s still perfect.

Would the c110 suffice for what I want it for.

Any electronics I've bought in Aldi have gone belly up in less than a year.
    That's 6 electrical items.
Kitchen stuff yes but I wouldn't touch electronics out of there again. They just don't last.

I've bought drills and saws a sander and angle grinder there that are still working years later.
I only use them for diy though so wouldn't be in every day use.
Having said that I've done plenty with them without a hitch. Probably putting the mockers on them now.

Should do. If you can get the patio cleaner with it as a bundle do, all it does is makes the finish nicer so you don’t have all lines on the ground. I will say that the Nilfisk (and plenty other) patio cleaner means you’ll be stooping down a bit while using it.

They are pretty good for returns, did you try that route?

OP I bought the LIDL equivalent a couple of weeks ago and have had no issues.

These Ferrex tools aren’t made by any one company.
We’ve bought plenty Aldi/Lidl tools with mixed results. The cost benefit outweighs the failures in most cases where a branded version would be multiples of the price.

It’s all well and good having a warranty, but it’s not as simple as bringing it in to get swapped.

In this case I’d go with the proven model which is out for years from a company who specialises in this kind of stuff, rather than one being made by the lowest bidder. If the Aldi one was way cheaper then fair enough, but it isn’t.

    Why isn't it that simple?
    It has been for me.

Hi any opinions on this washer. Would be used for cleaning back yard and washing the van.
I've done a bit of research and saw mention of washers with plastic parts been a problem.
Which makes doesn't have plastic parts.
    Thanks in advance
Cheap tat. Invest in a good one, it will last for years.

Another recommendation for the nilfisk as well. I've one, bought it in argos years ago. Still working . Hasn't given me any trouble. From memory, think I paid around €120 for it, so not expensive things to buy.

Because they don’t keep stuff in stock in the store longer than a few weeks.
Then you have to deal with their head office, courier stuff back, wait etc.

Then they tell you they don’t have any to replace with and refund you. Which sounds great but what you really needed was the tool.

Ah thats fair enough so, I've only ever had to bring something back that they still had in stock.
The secret is to break it early :D

Looks like nilfisk is the winner trouble is there's no place open to buy one. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

Pretty sure the Karcher I have cost less than that Aldi one.

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.

I've had one for a while now. No issues. Just use it for washing the car and have a bottle attachment for foaming. Not bad pressure either. Grand for the money

The basic Karchers have plastic pumps though.

Back to the drawing board the Nilfisk order from Viking was cancelled. Any place I can get one don't do Nilfisk all Karcher. What models of those would have the aluminium pump anyone know.

    I think it’s K5 upwards.
