    Hi all,
I have an Acer Veritron with 4G Ram and Intel i3-3220 CPU @3.3Ghz
It is about 5 years old. It has recently starting to go very slow and with the odd crash.
It was running originally on Windows 7, but I upgraded it to Windows 10 a year ago and it just made it worse.

Looking for advice on what to get. New Motherboard, A video card and extra RAM for starters.
Where would be a great source to buy? Any other bits i should add?

    Many thanks,
    Jim

How much do you want to spend?

For a new gaming PC, the minimum I'd recommend is ~€500

However, upping the budget to ~€620 would get you a VERY respectable machine:

If that's out of budget, alternatives would be:

Replace the CPU with Intel i7-3770 (€65) - note that you'll need thermal paste/a new cooler, too.
    Replace RAM with 2x 8Gb DDR3-1600 sticks: (€44)

Buy a new power supply: (as above)
Buy a new GPU (as above).
Clean install Windows 10 to a new SSD (anything > 240Gb).

Disregard, CEX are closed during the pandemic.
