Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UAN needed?

    Hi,

    I’m just wondering if a UAN is needed in the following case? Previous tenant was with Virgin Media and new tenant wishes to use Vodafone Home Broadband. There is an existing phoneline but at this stage it was disconnected years ago.

    Connect a phone, dial 199000 to see if its still connected to the AXE. If not ask for a new line order. There is no UAN for the tenant to give.
