Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just to add... Holy smokes Vanessa Hudgens is gorgeous in this movie! She's beautiful obviously but the 'look' they've given her character really suits her.

I'm watching Bad Boys For Life. I rang my mam to make sure she's ok and afterwards had a proper ugly cry. The movie is cheering me up. It's not great but I loved the first two when I was a young un so it's the nostalgia more than anything.

Also holy jaysus Will Smith has not aged a day. What the heck.

That was the last film we saw in the cinema, Will Smith is droolsome in it ;)

Same, a mate suggested a barbecue for four of us the last few days, we said no, it's just so unfair to risk anything

I could never have the same regard again for someone who would suggest something like that, in the times we are living through, tbh.

This is one of those surreal sentences or at least the second part you didn't write. The last film we saw.. before the world went to sh!t.

Anywho, yep he's gotten better with age.

I'm going to forgive him, he's very embarrassed, himself and housemate had a great drunken idea, or so they thought until they got their hangovers this morning!

    Deskside looking at poxy rain..

Wishing all you Wherers a very very Happy Easter!!🐣🐇🐰

Well, it’ll be certainly one to remember...would love to have gotten away down the country for a couple of days. But being safe and well is something I appreciate. :pac:

Just watching a recording of Phil Spencer’s Stately Hones on the telly. My OH and I are already planning out the next holiday of touring the big houses in the UK. :):D

It was my birthday and I had a really nice night. Some gaming friends from various countries decided to use very oice chat and we had our drinks and chatted.
It turned it into a really nice night out on the internet :D
Wasn’t expecting it but they are all in lockdown too so I guess everyone just wanted something equivalent to a night out...

I went outside earlier (about 9.30) and 5 doors up, they were having a barbecue. I couldn't really see, but there were no more the 4 people there.

    I wasn't impressed, smell-wise. ;)

Egg plus assorted treats arranged on the table for when herself awakes, croissant on the bedside table. Also took a pic of a flower with the faintest tint of colour coming up through it..

    Wet Wherer Alert!

Got a right drenching this morning walking the doggies. Clever cats had breakfast in bed and there they’ll stay for the day while the duckies will be delighted with all the puddles. Sunroom side now having a coffee and a chuckle reading back over our family whatsapp conversation from last night. Our Mam of 6 started the shenanigans telling us that she has been planning to kidnap her postman as she is missing adult company so much … suffice to say, it went downhill from there and all the sisters at least, went off to bed smiling (brothers had long since skedaddled!) The annual Easter Egg Hunt at the home place has been deferred and muggins here has the stash of chocolate … I don’t know who thought that was a good idea! Wishing Wherers everywhere a Happy Easter!

Funny that, I got saturated and I'm thinking of adult napping the supermarket delivery driver later...(I'm not just shopping for my reasonably healthy relatively young self if anyone's concerned about the use of a delivery slot...I don't eat enough to bother having groceries delivered just for me..lol)

It's like an emerald green fairy glen here after the rain. Everything seems to have grown like mad overnight, and glowing green. It would benefit from some sunshine though. I'm a bit cross about the lack of sunshine.

I like the pastel tulip, Grem.
There's one that looks like an ice cream (called "ice cream") . Photo not from my garden.https://ibb.co/zV1zkVF

I am sofa side, coffee and cat in close proximity. Hot cross buns dough rising (like J-Dawg himself I suppose...!) settling in for a day of nothing, eating and some more nothing. B L I S S !

We had a socially distanced meetup on the lakeshore last night.
I will admit its a morally grey area. I only had to walk over a field, only three others did not have to drive much more than 2km. They were coming anyway, so I can hardly shoot them. I live a stones throw from it but I dont own the lake. Can't police other peoples consciences, my own is errant enough.

I have to laugh though. Could have been the first time in over a century the authorities arrested people like us.

    Morning all

I'm currently bed side but I'll be getting up in a couple of minutes. Breakfast, tidy room, change sheets, Hoover, and then off for my walk. Then I'll shower and finish my book outside.

    Morning Wherers, happy Easter!
Just drizzly rain here for now, hoping for some good downpours later, the ground could do with it.
Lockdown has definitely reawakened my love for cooking, had become very lazy. Planning pork chop on bed of apples with roasted root veg and apple tart to finish. No chocolate of any kind here, don’t know what I was thinking when I put in my last order

Super tricky easter egg hunt this year for the 9 year old. He had to find clues, phone people, give secret code words and then eventually get to the big prize.
    I am knackered.
