HG569 VPN Setup

Im looking to setup the HG569 in the office so I can connect from my laptop from home. Does it support this vpn setup ? I see the options are L2TP or IPSEC or Tunnel. I assume tunnel is for site to site ? Does the other 2 work for client ot site ? Am I limited to how many can connect at one time ? Would like 3 or 4 users.
