    Can anyone recommend some online courses that would be helpful for someone who has an interest in becoming a principal some day?

    The best school leaders are those who are outstanding teachers and colleagues. That should be the first aim for an aspiring Deputy/Principal.
    We have had a rash of wafflers who have degrees in management and who can talk the talk, but are dismal school Principals, lacking genuine leadership qualities.
    Best of luck... it is a great job and a good Principal can do great good for all in a school.
