Earlier today she needed to contact me and couldn’t make the call “due to insufficient credit” and she was told to top up. I tried to contact Eir but gave up after two timed out web chats. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Thanks

Yes. The exact same thing happened to my mother. It's impossible to get in contact with them to resolve. I might try going into one of their stores if any are open. Will let you know.
