    Hi Guys,

Brother is going to do his first build in the next few weeks so looking for ideas on part list. He will be playing most new games.

I expect it'll be along the lines of Ryzen 3600, B450, RTX2070 Super, 16GB 3600Mhz and NVME Drive?

    Thanks for the help.

    1. What is your budget?
    €1500

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?
    Gaming PC

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?
    No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?
    No

    5. Do you need a monitor?
Yes but not included in the €1500. Will buy separately but he can use my old one for the moment.

5a. If yes, what size do you need.
    n/a

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?
The one I'll loan him is 144Hz 1080P but he'll go 1440p on his own one.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?
Yes but not included in the €1500. Will buy separately.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking?
    N/A

    8. How can you pay?
    Debit card/Visa/IBAN/PayPal

    9. When are you purchasing?
    ASAP

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based?
    No

Instead of the Arctic cooler, also consider the used Noctuas mentioned here: https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=113135929&postcount=1840

Thanks KO Kiki. I'll pass that on. How does the Crucial P1 compare to the WD drive?

The Crucial P1 uses QLC, is 1 year older, and half as fast.

Not bad but I wouldn't recommend as a main drive if budget is there.
