Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Hope I'm posting in the right area.

I'm a customer of Imagine and WFH - do a lot of SalesForce administration. Since last Thursday I have been unable to log into SF. We have a domain name setup so the usual login page, login.salesforce.com get diverted to our domain version e.g. mycompany.my.salesforce.com.

I did the usual - reboot, different browser etc but no luck. Was able to connect when I tethered my laptop to my iPhone so seems to confirm its an ISP/ Imagine issue. Was able to repeat the problem on another laptop in the house (different anti virus).

Anyways, I've had no luck with Imagine support - a couple of call and emails with all the details of what I had tested but not reply. Really need it for work tomorrow so any advice appreciated.

See some Tracert attached - timed out on 13.108.1.253

Router is WVRTM-130ACN - wondering if a reset will fix ? but afraid I'l lose broadband completely.

Any advice appreciated ?? Help !

Does your company have a VPN? If so using that would be a fast workaround.

yes, we have a VPN - its a workaround but not a fast solution.

Need a fix to access directly.
