Not sure if this is a genuine qs but anyways...

There's a list on gov.ie, autism and sensory issues, people who can't remove the masks themselves, deaf/hearing impaired are a few

Not everyone is taking the p when they say they can't wear one.

BTW not "attacking" your TA :)

I do think if you are on the list limit your movements :)

That's fine but anytime I hear or read somebody say "I can't wear a mask for medical reasons", they never say why. Even when asked.

If I couldn't wear one for the reasons outlined above, I wouldn't have any issue in disclosing the reason.

I'm on the list... I do wear a mask though... But I wouldn't be disclosing my medical info to a stranger demanding why I'm not wearing a mask, if I wasn't wearing one.

If someone is not wearing a mask distance yourself further and move on.... Life is too short to be getting into it with strangers :)

Do people on here never get tired of using the word 'woke'?

Absolutely hate it when people latch onto a particular word (any word, but especially an Americanism) and keep on using it over and over again.

Watched montage of heck last night.
I woke up this morning ( late) and remembered I had a ticket for nirvana for their Dublin gig before it was cancelled. ( in 94 )
I meant to keep it given the date but god knows where it is now.

Seeing a poster on the soccer forum who clearly hates Stephen Kenny posting constantly negatively after only ten minutes after his first game in charge.

Really bad scabs on my scalp and it's getting colder now at night. More heating bills to look forward to. Even typing this on my phone took ages as the phone keeps changing the words. Dominatrix phone

The morning rain clouds up my window, and I can't see at all
And even if I could it'd all be grey,

TA'd at people who put their kid in a baby/child seat on the driver's side of the car.

They pull in, then to get the kid out, they have to open the driver's side passenger door, and stand there with the open door and their arse out in the traffic while they unbuckle the child and grab the bags and get it all out. If the kid is big enough to get out themselves, they're swinging the door open into traffic and jumping out onto the road.

Put your kid on the passenger side. Then you can stand on the safe side of the car (on the footpath or the side of the road) and take as long as you want to get the kid out without inconvencing other traffic. And if your kid jumps out themselves, they won't do it into the path of an oncoming truck. If you have more than one child in the back, load the youngest on the passenger side so you can help that one, and get them all out through the passenger side door.

Need to submit a form to the council.

First I need to print the form, which wouldn't usually be a problem as I'd print it in work mmm wfh no printer.

So now will have to source a printer, print it, fill it in, go to the post office and buy a stamp, find an envelope and post it off, it will then arrive in their office, no doubt get sorted and scanned up onto their system.

This will probably now take the best part of the week.

Seriously why can't they do online submission of forms and be done in ten minutes.... Its step 1 of the process, not like they need my physical signature or anything.

if you are near to a library they have printing facilities that are quite cheap to use.

Unfortunately the Libraries won't give you access to the printers during Covid, I checked. :(
Also, they're usually not the cheapest, mine charges 30c a page B&W!!!

i used one at the end of june. I realise i am being very dublin centric but the DCC libraries are open for printing, or at least some of them

    http://www.dublincity.ie/story/dublin-city-libraries-open-browse-and-borrow

libraries outside dublin might be similar

Surfbox is the name of the service used for printing and it is very easy to use

Yes, Surfbox is the service they have in mine, too. I asked them no more than 2 weeks ago and they told me definitely not. Then again, I'm not in Dublin, could be a staffing/cleaning issue, though.

Need a shower. Tired after work. My plan is to pick out pjs I haven't worn for ages for the extra thrill factor.

    So exciting.

It reminds me of the 'wet markets' in China.

Why oh why do so many nasty sh.ts and sneaky chancers go into politics?
Why can't more nice, honest people become politicians?
