When you ask a simple question and get sent a spreadsheet in response

A customer complained that they hadn't received their pendant today.

He ordered it today. I sent it today. For free. With An Post. He's in Dublin.

The guy forgot his wedding anniversary and he's in the doghouse big time.

OR the response is 'I don't understand/what do you mean!?
If I could make it any clearer I would be accursed of treating them as if they were stupid.

It's almost 27% alcohol, in fairness.

Today's TA: Still no sign of the clothes I ordered this day last week, which I was told would arrive within 48 hours.

When someone "categorically" denies something. What's wrong with just denying? Or strongly denying if you feel that way. Do they even know why it's categorically denied? This was never a thing until Gerry McCann opened his mouth and now everyone is categorically denying all over the place.

Holy sh×t . 27% ? I tried to read the label but the writing is miniscule.

    I categorically agree with this.

TA someone asking "are you sure?" about something serious or something you're obviously sure about.
I had a doctors appointment today and it was a different doctor to my usual one but she still had my file in front of her. She asked how many weeks pregnant i am and when i told her she said "are you sure?" Nah...just hazarding a guess love, could be 6 months or could be 8 months...it's not like i think about my due date every waking minute!!"

I then told my sister im dying my hair tonight and she said are you sure you're allowed dye your hair pregnant? Like i wouldn't bother reading the label or checking something like that.

The pair of them pissed me right off today 😠😡🀬

Feel terrible for my nephew, it appears his friend took his own life. My sister is trying to get him to talk but I think he wants to be left alone.

I used to work with someone who used to say 'you could be right'... Again, it would be in relation to something that the other person was 100% right about.
I cracked one day and said I AM right. Aaaaaaaargh.

Spent most of yesterday evening digging out all the wet, moldy old silicone around the bath tub, cleaning, vacuuming and blow drying the entire area and adding a nice layer of fresh clean Tec 7 sealant to replace the old silicone. I'm driving myself crazy with anxiety at the moment though, worrying whether I done a good job or not. I pray that I won't have any leaks :(

I did that last year as we were having leaks. We still had leaks after I had finished so ended up getting it done again professionally which cost a couple of hundred euro.
Turns out the leaks were running along the pipe from the hot press so the sealant had nothing to do with it. €200 down the drain*.

*or not down the drain which was the problem on the first place

Discovering I bought a ‘Fruit and Nut’ bar when I meant to get a ‘Whole Nut’.

I, probably, shouldn’t have bought it considering the amount of Easter egg chocolate around here but I did and now I’m sad about it and annoyed.

    Trivially so.

Or not reading Boards on my phone and putting my hands in my pockets.

    Brrrrrrrr.

    Edit: Fecker failed too!

I waited almost a week for a bottle of weed killer to arrive at my door (arrived two days earlier than expected). Finally, I thought.

Been dry all week, and mostly last week. The one time I finally get to use the weed killer, fúcking rain 5 hours later. It only rained for about 10 minutes so I hope it didn't do anything.
