Hi can someone help please? I can't get through on the phone.
I received a letter dated 6th April confirming my mortgage could be deferred for for 3 months due to covid 19 but yet my monthly payment was taken out of my account this morning.

Our Mortgage Department are processing a lot of requests at the moment and due to this a number of customers Direct Debits have left their accounts. Refunds are being processed by our Mortgage Specialists.

For any further information, the team can be reached on 016113333 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. One of my colleagues will be more than happy help.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

If there's ever anything we can help with, please feel free to get in touch.

Have a nice day and take care.

    Thanks,
    Megan

Sorry I worded that wrong. I did apply. I got my letter dated 6th April confirming my application and that I was allowed to have it deferred. That it was agreed.

Thanks for coming back to us here.

Please be assured that our advisors will answer your call as soon as they can. Some customer maybe experiencing less than desirable holding times. Due to covid 19 and government and HSE guidelines to curtail covid19 and social distancing we have temporarily reduced the number of customer service representatives onsite.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks Jen
