Can I do Eir Sim Swap online myself?

    Hi, I got a new Sim from Eir mobile for a better deal. Already an Eir Bill Pay customer.
    I want to port to my new Sim and keep my number. Cannot get through to a customer service to request this.
    Is there a way to do it online? Thanks.

    I'm nearly sure you can only port over online if it's a pre-pay Sim. If it's bill-pay (or part of a Landline/Broadband package) you have to contact Customer Care to do it.
    I'm guessing if you're asking the question then you are on Billpay......

    Thanks I am bill pay. I got through to Eir eventually and sorted it out. You just need to be patient, my call took 1hr 15mins.
