    Charlotte won't walk.

I wouldn't be shocked if she made it clear denying him his release would cause her to consider her own long term prospects too, and they realized he wasn't worth that to them. Maybe a non-compete with AEW for a while too.

He's always been someone I thought could have been pretty big, but his biggest weaknesses (namely, his need to have a manager as a mouthpiece) is something WWE continually will work to highlight, rather than hide. Be interested to see where he ends up and how he does.

The usual non-compete clause is 90 days, right?

Now will Aleister Black try to leave?

Interesting times for WWE. I wonder if signing the likes of Taya Valkyrie and LA Knight represents a shift on how they sign depth to the roster; by no means journeymen or women but ones who are old enough and experienced enough to play ball with changing plans, as long as they have a solid pay cheque coming in.

The roster is so uneven so maybe if there is a shift in how they sign depth to the ranks, it will make it easier to negotiate with exciting up and comers.

You know it just crossed my mind, La Sombra probably did better being off TV than he would've done on it. He got a big NXT run that enhanced his reputation in America, he had a real good feud with Mysterio on main roster WWE and that's it. Those are the only things you think of when you think of what he did in that company.

In comparison, you take a guy like Akira Tozawa. Tozawa is, and I swear this, one of the best workers of the last 10 - 12 years, like just an insanely talented guy. But because he's on WWE TV each week being one of the 24/7 geeks, if for some reason he left WWE tomorrow or was released, I don't think he'd get a spot in AEW because then you'd be hiring and pushing a joke WWE guy and right now that's not a good look. So ironically by being off TV, La Sombra has probably better options than a guy like Tozawa whose on every week.

Well Charlotte was removed from the recent wrestlemania poster... Unlikely she leaves but is an odd thing to do

Well with RAW tonight we might have some idea if Charlotte is going to challenge Asuka for the title or will Rhea be rushed into the title match at WM on her RAW debut tonight.

Calling it now Andrade, Aleister & Vega to debut at Double or Nothing.

Charlotte is a 12/13/14 time women's champion (Who is even counting at this point?), part of the 4HW and she's Ric's daughter.

She has the status for a power play like downing tools until WWE played ball with Andrade and they caved. She'll be back soon enough.

Andrade's 90 day no compete clause won't be up and Aleister is still under contract.

    Maybe at All in.

Sometimes, non-competes with WWE seem to be for the remaining lenght of the contract.

I'm not 100% sure how it works but I do feel I remember someone having a quite lenghty non-compete that dragged for a few months. Might be some sort of "You get 50% pay for the rest of the duration of your contract, provided you don't move to X or Y company".

Supposedly she was taken off the Wrestlemania posters last week and was back on them last night (when Andrade was released)

I agree with you. Being with her helped him in getting his release.

The Voices Of Wrestling twitter account made a good point, as to where the man formerly known as Andrade COULD end up.. He's not short of options either way.

Surely Khan could just offer to pay up the difference to the no compete clause or whatever if he wanted to though? At some point they're going to want to do an Outsiders style surprise, I can't imagine WWE have any real sway over someone whose contract they've terminated other than we'll keep paying you for 90 days if you don't appear elsewhere.

He doesn't have a no compete clause, he's free to do as he wants/please.
Sources close to the situation confirm that Andrade's release from WWE does not include a 90-day non-compete, so he would be able to start taking dates immediately.
