I was the same just got PayPal confirmation, nothing from neuu.

I got a confirmation mail and a dispatch email from Neuu. Using Fastway, says it’s on way here now, but with Fastway here could be any shop within 29 miles....

Usually I look up reviews of stuff for days before buying. I had this stuff bought within 5 minutes.

My Fastway tracking says my order is on its way to its destination - South West. I'm in Dublin 15, so God knows where it's going to.

Well. the fact that they are closing down is probably not a good sign.

And way way overpriced at the recommended retail price. (€42 for a tiny (50ml) tube of moisturiser )

But same. Didn't bother with reviews. Just bought it.

Same as, mine shoes South West also. For the record I do not live in the South West. It will be the luck of the draw if they reach us now I'd say.

Did any pay for shipping or get it free?

I just add products to basket and go till it asks me for payment , click free shipping, then I go to order summary and then put in discount code. This give me free shipping and the discount . Happy days.

Limerick based company. Delivery start point/current location is South West I assume.

Also it's fast way so most likely it's not in the place they say it is

Sampled the post shave balm there. Distinct, albeit subtle seeweed smell. I'd suggest it's unscented but not a fan on first impressions.

Shave gel is more menthol/eucalyptus/camphor scented but that could be the raw indredients.

Shower gel is more citrus based IMO and defintely the more pleasant of the three and more pronounced when used as intended (with water)

Placed order for €34 hope all OK but also i hope I'm helping them out as i was doomed in 2007. to the tune of €90000 i know its a bargain saves me ordering over priced gunk from AMAZON I just hope im helping a struggling business clearing a stock that obviously has a sell by date. They will be a lot more so help them clear there stock at least they have a chance of starting again I DID NOT Sadly.

Hi there, got my delivery last week - no issue with Fastway couriers. A bit disappointed with the products to be honest...I thought it would smell more like Seavite. They are good value in that I bought €680 worth of stock for €100 and I know will use it, but I feel the stock may be close to the expiry date / may have been sitting in storage for a while. The packaging looks good and I had seen the products before in shops (they were very pricey!), I just wouldn't give it as a gift as originally planned - I'd suggest just buy a small amount first and see what you think...
