Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, we have FTTH installed and I'm just wondering who to contact with respect to a low hanging fibre optic cable running across a public road? The line is sagging and yesterday a tractor towing an excavator caught the top of it, luckily it didn't pull the whole lot down. It's only a matter of time before something taller comes along and knocks everything out. There doesn't seem to be any contact point for open EIR. I've notified my ISP not sure that is correct either.
