Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Great first half

Knew that there was no issue with such a pile up of games

Another absolutely nonsense penalty given against us. Where is he supposed to put his arm? It's by his ****ing side!

And then we get one. 2 bollox calls.

I really don't know what defenders are supposed to do. Hands behind the back is the only way to pretty much guarantee not giving away a **** ton of penalties.

They are getting shots for fun, peno for us tho

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,103 ✭✭✭joeguevara

    This penalty rule is bs

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,949 ✭✭✭SuprSi

That's a ridiculous penalty for us. Where's he supposed to put his hand?!! This rule is just ****e

Second 5-2 in a fortnight where we couldn't argue with a draw on balance of play imo

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 23,216 Mod ✭✭✭✭Kiith

    6-2, get Harry off now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,368 ✭✭✭MonkieSocks

    Hat Trick Harry 6-2

Dele has been brilliant since he came on.....looks in the mood :)

Great skill by Dele. He's been great since he came on.

    7-2 :D

I should just stop watching spurs games lads. Great result with so many changes again.

Now one last effort on Sunday before they can get away from it all.

After all the moaning about so many games, everyone has had time off. I'd say on average the starters have played 4 games. That's not so crazy

Yeah completely forgot about Foyth but he's clearly down the pecking order already.

Like I said before I really like Sanchez but he needs to improve on some basics. Like when his man has his back to goal and is going nowhere then there is no need to try and win the ball back......maybe sissoko could give him a few pointers ;)

Just on the cb’s are we not looking at playing 3 CB’s with wingbacks now? (Wingbacks being Doherty and reggie.)

    Delighted with the draw.
We avoided the big guns there.

Stoke city away in the next round.
. everything is coming up Milhouse

For those who didn’t see the draw, we’re away to Stoke.

    Nice draw TBH

Nice to see Dele play well, maybe mourhino reverse physiology will work

Last time we played away to a Michael O Neill managed side a certain Harry Kane opened his account as a Spurs player.

    Versus shamrock rovers years ago..
Michael o Neill worked his magic he had Gary twigg up top having the best years in Europe.. my rover's friends still adore them both!

Yeah that's to be seen whether we do or not. Can't remember Mourinho ever playing 3 at the back consistently.

The players we have would definitely suit it though

Ludogorets our first team. Another trip to Bulgaria.

Viniscius looks a done deal. Joint top scorer last year in the league.

One CB and we will be a force to be reckoned with.

That's not as far at least.

Cmon Dundalk! Bah! Arsenal got them.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,778 ✭✭✭Mr. Guappa

Royal Antwerp. Only the one longer trip - can't complain with that really.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,776 ✭✭✭abff

At least the amount of travelling won’t be as bad as it might have been. Belgium, Austria and Bulgaria.

That's exactly what I was looking at.

Regardless of what group we were drawn in 10 points is the absolute minimum we should be getting and that will qualify us.

What we didn't need were Thursday night trips to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

Should get out of that group comfortably with squad players imo.

Most boring group draw ever. Not one team in our group do you look at and say that will be a good game.. I suppose it is Europa League after all.

They are all looking at us and excited to play the best team in the World. Madrid, Barca and Juve would be excited to play us now. Imaging getting to play on the same pitch as Bale, Kane, Son, etc.

The first time I ever saw Spurs live was in Dundalk in October 1981 in the ECWC. I went up there with another Spurs fan and we paid st the gate (as far as a remember) and stood on the terrace among the Dundalk fans.

The match finished 1-1. We won the return leg 1-0.

Carlos Vinicius officially announced by the club. I've got to hand to Levy this summer, he's really backed the manager. Best transfer window we've had in a long time, and maybe a new centre back arrives too...

    Vinicius will wear number 45.

Absolutely one of the best in years for us. The only spot need backup is CB IMO..

Bring in the Slovakian guy from inter Milan and will be perfect.

I said it before, so I'll say it again - Ride me sideways!!

Expectations well and truly exceeded. I thought we'd do well to bring in another Llorente type signing but this guy looks another level.

PP have a free five euro bet on our game v Utd. I put it on us to win by four or more 80/1.

True but we wouldn't be supporting spurs if we thought otherwise
