Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dont blame them, hes offered very little. Treating it as a bit of a jaunt.

The whole thing is a bit disappointing tbh.
Was reggie bought on a permanent or is he loaned in also? Can’t remember?

Bought but if Madrid want him back after 2 years (i think) and pay the agreed price he can go back.

after the fulham game I started thinking of all the points dropped after going 1 up and how we are messing up a big chance to win a league title. then a thought occurred to me, Mourinho doesn't lose...its not about winning its about not losing with him. He is a manager perfect for cups so this year I am looking forward to 3 trophies and hopefully a top 4 position so we can win the champions league next year...

I think we’ll win 1-0 today. Or possibly draw 1-1. Or maybe even lose 1-0. Or maybe some other score entirely.

  • Registered Users Posts: 711 ✭✭✭Lad GAGA

Will be interesting to see the side he picks today, would love to see him start with Rodon and Alderwerield. They're not playing as well as last year obviously but it still won't be easy.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,702 ✭✭✭Glebee

If we cant pick up 3 points against a team that sit bottom of the table with 5 points we might as well just forget about it. Amy slip up today cannot be accepted as just one of those things.

They picked up their first win of the season mid week so their confidence is probably better than ours.

Spurs will be winning at ht IMO. What will happen 2nd half? Will we sit back n wait for the equaliser or we could stop playing with fear and finish them off? I just think something has to change today, maybe it's just hope.

Might as well be optimistic, Spurs win 2-0.

i am in no way confident we will win

in fact i would be pleasantly surprised if their is a reaction from manager and team and we win

Why is Toby on bench again, he didn't play against Fulham either? If he's fit he should be playing.

Maybe there's a reason, just don't k ow what it could be.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,443 ✭✭✭jobeenfitz

I think the writings on the wall for Dele Ali! If Fernández is ahead of him on bench he's finished in Jose's mind.

Worried about the 3 centre backs

    Rodon is inexperienced
    Dier is just himself
Davies gets caught at least once in a game, if sheff can take advantage is another thing

At least it’s attacking line up

Yes Ali time looks to be up

He probably save his legs and experience for the liver pool game

Kane set up sonny the chip beat the keeper but hit the post

    Well lads

If we dont play well today it's the beginning of the end for jose today for me

Not even talking about result. If we play well we hockey this rabble.

Sick of hearing about how we deal with the likes of fulham, palace, sheff utd

If we play well we beat the lower half, and mourinho is imo massively the problem against these teams

    Goal serge. Good start.

Not loving how we are trying to shield the ball in risky areas, twice now weve lost it or almost lost it

You do NOT want to be relying on the ref blowing his whistle in a tussle at sheff utd

    Tasty challenges on all sides

Not using reguilon properly at all, why is he holding it up for davies runs.

Dier cannot be making david mcgoldrick look like prime adriano, it just cant be like this

Another three instances in short order of giving it away softly and three rapid counters from them

Its coming lads. And ive said my piece about jose but he'll say:

I cannot teach son to pass
I cannot teach bergwijn to run

    Hed be right

Score early and become absolute ****e. Wtf is the actual game plan here?

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 23,216 Mod ✭✭✭✭Kiith

    And now we're 2 up...guess there is a plan?

Players are passing terribly and making awful, frozen decisions

    Nobody showing

Yeah, jose bears final responsibility but kane, son have greats stats this season but have not exactly led during these last few difficult games

Davies, dier, aurier not of the quality and bergwijn is not showing up anywhere on this pitch

Reguilon looks good, and nobody is passing to him!

    Wait

You mean if we told kane to play up front and played the ball to his feet....he could do that *all the time??!*

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,948 ✭✭✭2nd Row Donkey

These are terrible and we could have 4 or 5 today if we played to our capabilities

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭davycc

Pierre hojbjerg doing well to win the ball back and play in Kane first time 2 nil. Come on you spurs finish them off
