Had some deliberations to do there. At the expiry time it was 3-3. So it comes to my vote. I think Moleman is a mad character and I like him but I'm not to sure what he's really about. Scorpio is the best one time character ever IMO with some excellent dialogue. I think he should've been the villain in the Simpsons Movie.

For that reason, I'm choosing Hank Scorpio.

However, Lisa has been in too many important episodes showing the struggles of fitting in and having your voice heard. She's a bit whiny but a well-well-written, layered character
