    evening

    just wondering how long it takes Microsoft tech help to contact you

    locked out of my Hotmail acc since early morn

    having followed the advised links tech support have not made contact

    Thought they already have everyone to add secondary mail address or phone number as must for such instances

    but if you have those, you should not need to wait for call - reset pass, it should come to you mob or sec mail
    Is there issues to reset?

    yes smuggler I don't have the option to change pass

    all I get when I try to login is account is locked

    I suppose its very obvious im not tech savvy so will do as you suggested

    but was expecting some contact before now :o:o:o

    Support centers in US and India - it will be time related.
    Due to current situation across the globe, they might be understaffed/overloaded.
