    Hi I got a text message this morning saying my "online access has been disabled by unusual activity" and clicked on the link before i copped, I rang up bank of ireland and the lady I spoke to told me to enter my pin incorrectly to block my account and ring back monday but is there anyway this can be sorted sooner

    We are aware of a fraudulent SMS that is circulating at the moment. If you could please delete the message and do not follow any links or reply. Bank of Ireland will never contact you asking for any of your account or online banking information.


    If you have blocked out your 365 online account, it would be necessary to contact our Customer Service Team on 0818 365 365, one of my colleagues will be more than happy to get you back up and running on 365 online. The team are available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
