Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Closing off gas line

    Looking for some advice on how to cap off an unused gas line.

    The gas fire in our living room has had the gas line running to it isolated as the insert was leaking gas.

    I now want to remove the insert and cap off the line for extra safety before putting a bio ethanol fire in it's place.

    What is the best solution for closing off the line;

    - Compression stop end
    - Blank Cap
    - other?

    Any advice appreciated

    The best and ONLY solution is to engage and RGI.

    It is illegal to carry this work out yourself.
