Frontline staff- no recognition for those in support roles

Just wanted to out it up there, a lot of services who are not recognized in this time. Those in nursing homes, children hones, prison officers, post people, residential social workers

I’m seeing loads of recognition of everyone in smaller support roles. On social media etc it’s nearly laid on too thick if anything.
