     Hi, I bought a tv for my parents from you on the 6th of Jan 2018
    It seems to have developed some backlight problems especially up the top left where everything has gotten a very blue tint

    I've reset the tv to factory settings etc but the problem stil remains, and I've cast a white image from my phone and camera to the tv to eliminate and hdmi or port problems

    When I bought the tv it came with a 6 year guarantee
    Do you have any advice on how I could go about getting this fixed ?

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your television.

    Our repair agents are still operating the best they can at the moment so we will be able to get it booked in for you.
