Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vodafone harassment

I requested broadband from Vodafone a couple of months ago. They sent a technician, who was unable to install in my development. I rang them, spent an hour on hold, and finally cancelled the order. Since then, they keep ringing me to "reschedule your installation". I finally lost my temper with the latest one - which I don't like to do as it's hardly that person's fault that they're working for a bunch of morons - but can anyone suggest a course of action? I'm not quite ready to burn down one of their stores, but I figure that's only a few more phone calls away. I feel like they need a cease and desist order or something to actually f*** off.

Virgin managed to send me a package I could install myself inside a week of my cancelling the other lot, so I don't need the Vodafone one even if they could actually install it, which they can't.

Send them an email or even a letter stating that you are no longer a customer of theirs and would they please remove all data they hold about you from their system, citing GDPR.
