So you value someone at 45k.

Some people are worth more than others.

So if sonething doesn't work once, we should never try it again??

yes, in general if something doesn't work the first time it is unlikely to the second either, and if there were any sort of possibility to make it work then it would have continued and modifications made.
Fcuk the children, leave them in their personal hell?

has never been said by anyone
    on this thread.
Offer €500 per sterilisation, you'll have a queue of junkies before you know it getting it done of their own free will. €500 is a drop in the ocean of what their kids would cost us. Childrens allowance, schooling, courts etc.

might potentially still constitute forced sterilisation due to the fact that the individual is doing it for a cash incentive, cash being something they really need.
rather then them doing it completely of their own free will.

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Of course. There are loads of ways to do social programmes and they're always being evaluated and modified. Proper order. It would be absurd to abandon a programme after first attempt

Children born to drug addicts have a raw deal. The parents are unlikely to be top notch and state care isn't ideal either. But, as you said, nobody thinks "fcuk them". Of course we give the parents the benefit of the doubt to begin with. If they prove that the child would be better off in care then fair enough.

There are options for temporary infertility like the coil. If you offer the same incentive for permanent sterilisation and temporary infertility, then I don't see it as a big deal.

You know what's funny though, when people voluntarily seek sterilisation and want to remove themselves from the gene pool, doctors refuse saying "you'll change your mind", even when they're above over-18.

What makes you think the self serving ***** will care about sterilizing junkies?

It's a doctor's job to make sure they understand the Implications of the procedure. Once that's established then it's fair enough.
