Am I alone in this?

    This is so gross I can't believe I'm even typing it!
    I can't stop picking my nose, and yes eating it!

    I'm a normal person with good personal hygiene, I present myself well, have friends and I'm a balanced person.

    This one thing just happens when I'm alone, I enjoy it.

    Now if I saw someone else doing this I would feel physically sick.

    Any tips on how i can stop? During this pandemic it's not a great idea either but it's a habit I've never been able to beat since I've been a kid! And is this normal?

    I admit I have done it in the past as have a lot of people id wager just try not to now.
