Muse - Feeling Good ; a tough call, but this was one of my favourite songs back when it first came out and in my opinion better than the original

Communards - Don't Leave Me This Way ; love this song, a classic '80s number, and I think there are far better covers of Wicked Game

2. Gemma Hayes - Wicked Game Vs Communards - Don't Leave Me This Way - Hadn’t heard the other one before this and it’s nice but Don’t Leave Me This Way is a classic.

Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal because the original was my favourite song when I was a kid and they managed to do their own version that was really good but different enough to not step on the toes of the original.
