Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am finished on TUS in May and I don't know what to do or how I'm to transfer from Tus to jobseekers as I was told the DSP offices are closed. Does anyone know or will I automatically be transferred. To be honest I don't know what to do, if anyone knows please let me know, I would be so grateful - Thank you

Tus give you a letter to say you've completed your placement. You take the letter to your local dole office where you used to sign on and they fast track your claim. It is fast and you won't miss any payments.

Phone the Intreo office and ask what to do. Don't just go there. Get name of person you talk to. Also your Tus supervisor should have info for you. Contact numbers and opening hours etc., on this site so you can pick good time to phone. https://www.gov.ie/en/directory/category/e1f4b5-intreo-offices/?referrer=/en/service/40cf48-find-your-local-intreo-office/
