Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are physios/chiropractors etc operating at the moment?

In trouble with a bulging disc it was acting up a bit last week and pretty immobilised now so looking to get it fixed ASAP.
I go to a chiropractor near where I live he works wonders but he has no website or anything so just wondering would he be likely to be working at the moment. I'll ring him tomorrow.
Probably class it as essential to be honest but will require close contact so I'm not sure. So, has anyone used a physio or similar in the current lockdown?

I know of physios who are doing consultations via video. Check online for locals who may be doing this. Obviously they cannot provide any direct physical therapy, but they can recommend exercises to hopefully relieve symptoms

    eg

The guy I go to is open and working from home rather than his usual practice. He's a chiropractor. Seeing him tomorrow afternoon. Thank christ, it would be a long wait with me back like it is at the moment!!
