    Would it be likely that VHI would offer a part refund on an annual policy considering we are unable to travel ?

    Maybe...but it's doubtful. You are limited in how many days you can travel in a year...so unless you are locked down for longer than that period they are still providing the cover they advertised

    spoke with VHI and it's something they are considering - dependent on the amount of queries/requests they get.
