Vodafone Siro installation issues

    I am having huge problems getting vodafone siro installed. I checked my address first and I was told that my address matched and purchased online. Then I was given an appointment for an installation engineer to come a week later, this appoint ment was then cancelled because I was told Siro engineers needed to come and make changes. Today I was told not that I need to wait for about 4 weeks, with no concrete date date for esb engineers to do work and only after that can vodafone begin their job. I cancelled my contract with my previous supplier on the understanding that vodafone would have been now connected and now it looks like I will be without internet for about a month. Buyer beware of vodafone Siro.
