I have lost all documents with iban and account number

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie

    When you first opened your account you would have been sent your IBAN & BIC by SMS. If you no longer have this and have been using your account recently, you can call our customer service team on 0818365365 for help with this. If you have not been using the account our advisors would be unable to verify your identity over the phone and you would need to call into your local branch with photo ID.
