    I just received statements of my bank accounts. I thought I had two accounts, but have been sent statements for three accounts. I would like to close one, and wonder how this can be done in the current circumstances?

    We have an online account closure form here. To use this service you need to bring the account balance to zero by withdrawing or transferring the funds.
