Samsung J5(2017) speaker broken during calls

    I have a Samsung j5(2017) if I try to make a call I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me.
    Same with whatsapp voice calls etc..
    Can anyone offer a solution to this,I'm hoping it might be something simple...

    Presume you mean microphone?

    Is it possible that it is disabled somehow? Have you tried rebooting?

    Ya microphone I just say speaker..I'l try that?I've heard having certain apps can interfere with it aswell
