Good morning all. As the title says we have Eir efibre here in the office and its an ZyXEL modem. We have it a good few years and its been working well. Good morning all. As the title says we have Eir efibre here in the office and its an ZyXEL modem. We have it a good few years and its been working well.

Lately though it seems to lose its internet connections when I use VPN software to access a supplier or customer site. It doesn't happen all the time but when it goes down it takes the entire internet access down so its not good. Power down and reboot sorts it and after a glitch or two it can stay live for hours with the VPN running.

The VPN I use is Private Internet Access as it was recommended by one of our US suppliers.

Any ideas or could it just be a load issue on eircom with some many people now working from home.
