Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody having issues with Eir Broadband?

    Our internet has been cutting out all day, can't manage a stable connection at all. When I try to contact Eir through any of the typical pathways there's no response. I've currently been on hold with Eir for 45 minutes and intend to stay on the line to get a support worker. My father has been attempting to contact them for the past week to no avail either and is fuming. Are they staffing the call centres at all during CoVID?

    Currently going through the same thing. Been on hold with them for between 40-50 minutes each time i've tried to contact them, line has cut around the 20 minute mark a few times aswell but out of sheer stubborness I have had to keep ringing them and leave my phone on loudspeaker beside me while I work. They have promised to send out an engineer to look at the line but no word yet and when I contacted them they would not give me an approximate time other than "the next few days".

    I am having some things checked on the line by Digiweb who have been really helpful and I will be leaving Eir at the first opportunity I get

    very intermittent connection during last week... today during last few hours it went like 10 minutes working, 10 minutes not working... EIR TV disconnecting as well as it's reliant on working connection.. quite dissapointed recently considering never had a problem with eir before that and just recently renewed for another year with them

    does anybody else experiencing intermittent internet outage with eir? mine is in Dundalk, Louth

    Same experience with us, also in Dundalk. In and out connection, and went completely one evening last week. Didn't even try to contact them, as Customer Service in Eir is non existent. We are out of contract so if it continues, will change provider.
