Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I have an elderly relative cocooning. The have mobile plugin WIFI thing from vodafone. They usually top this up in the shop. On the back of the device there is a mobile number written. I am unsure if this is the mobile of the device to top up with, I got onto chat and they were unable to confirm the device is a mobile BB.

She has a phone pay as you go also but there doesnt seems to be a way to talk to a live person via their hotline as they are looking for a landine account or registered mobile.

    Any hints would be welcome.

Put the BB SIM in the phone and send a SMS or call from it to your phone.

If there's no credit on the SIM then try calling the number written on the dongle with the BB SIM in the phone (hide your number in case it's the wrong number).
