Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    We are looking to build our own home but have noticed that the sites with planning permission come with an pre planned house that I assume cannot be deviated.
    The idea of building our own home rather than buying is that we can design the house ourselves.
    Will all sites with pp have a pre designed plan?
    How can you get a site and build the house you would like yourself?

    You’ll have to buy a site alone then.
    Any site that has PP granted will be subject to that design unless you lodge a new planning.

    You could always buy the site with PP and lodge a new planning for your design. Worse case you fall back into what is already granted.
