    Is there any option to complete a chargeback application online? I have no means of printing email evidence of dealings with the relevant company, at present.

    Yes, for the duration of the Coronavirus, you can submit your Chargeback Transaction Dispute Form by email to Chargebacks@boi.com. We are receiving high volumes of requests at the moment, please be assured one of my colleagues will be in touch with an update as soon as possible.

    I have attached a link here with more information on how you can dispute this transaction.
