Cheap laptop

    Would appreciate advice on what laptop I should get. I am not tech savvy in the slightest so could do with some help.

    I'm looking to get a cheap and cheerful laptop to browse the net, watch netflix/tv. And to play poker and run poker software.

    Also, is going second-hand an option or should I stay away from that?
