Any way to find out who is ringing me

Had a missed call earlier, when I answered, no one spoke. When I rang back, wouldn't answer. It's an 087 number. Anyway of finding out who it is

Not sure if this still works but if you dial the prefix 087 then 5 then the rest of the number, it should bring you directly to their voicemail if they have one set up. Might say their name or you might recognise their voice.
